Adra Home

Adra, Welsh for ‘home’, is a new company dedicated to sourcing and selling gorgeous Welsh products for the home. All of their products are carefully sourced from Wales, designed by Welsh designers or feature the Welsh language. Adra believes it’s important to support small, local suppliers and aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible with recycled packaging materials.

The items Adra sells are unique and lovely - you can tell thought and love was put into each piece.

The Tea, Coffee, and Sugar set is my favorite! The pots are created by potter Tom Gloster featuring the Welsh words for tea, coffee and sugar.

Vintage style cream metal bread bin featuring the Welsh word for bread.

Illustrated Jug decorated with red kitchen objects by ceramic artist Lowri Davies.

Contemporary Tapestry Cushions designed by Cefyn Burgess. Each pillow features decoration and autograph embroidered by the designer. Check out the coordinating blankets.

Peebles Tealight Holder. I would love to think these are rocks from a beach in Wales...but not sure. When I travel I like to pick up rocks from significant places, and wouldn't this be a neat way to display them?

    Hmm...they just call it a jug? Guess it could be used for any type of liquid.

    Cymru am byth! I just spent a year living in Wales and constantly found the most interesting things. It's such an "under-the-radar" country that when i would tell people in the US where I lived, they had no clue.

    I did a little post about Wales after a feature on Daily Candy Travel.
