Loving this photographic series by Brian Finke called Flight Attendants. The series chronicles two years Finke spent shooting at 36,000 feet on more than 50 flights and 16 international airlines. Finke respectfully shadows his subjects as they perform their jobs and as they go about their regular lives. Fascinating study.

i thought they were models!
ReplyDeletei like reading about flight attendant histories for some reason. it was so much more different back then. but these flight attendants in these photos look quite glam!
I know right?! I never dreamed of being a flight attendant - small space up in the air all the time - naaa I need more ground. But, does seem kind of glamorous. I'd probably be in the airport bar trying to deal with jet lag!
