The Art of Photograms

Oh Monday...the vacation is over and real world kicks in. I had a wonderful beach weekend and didn't want it to end. I appreciate all your comments and hope you had a great weekend too. It's back to the grind, but that also means sharing inspiring ideas with you like these lovely photograms by Leah Sobsey. A featured artist at the REGROWTH exhibit, Sobsey's natural work is like breath of fresh summer air.

  9. i once wrote a term paper on laszlo moholy-nagy's inventing the "photogram" (allegedly) - he stressed Paul Strand's "purity of means," so to speak, and emphasized the purity of light and form.

    beautiful!

  20. Thanks for sharing these beautiful photograms by Leah Sobsey. I love discovering more Photogram artists. I dabble in making photograms. Mine are not on the same level as Leah! I did a photogram post on my blog last month which included a couple of mine. If you're interested ;) Sorry I don't have the link to that post. Thanks again for sharing as I'm all inspired to create some more :)
