Weekend

This weekend was filled with airplane history, blue skies, and very HOT weather. My family and I went to the Winston-Salem, NC Air Show featuring skytypers, airplane aerobatics, ski divers, F-22 Raptor fly-bys and much more. In the blazing heat (and still coughing sickness!) I managed to capture several air show moments. I love the last image...shows how small we are in this massive world.

How'd your weekend go?

OH - this weekend we didn't get a chance to clean out the mecca of STUFF in the storage unit due to rain and feeling sick. But, it will come sometime this month...crossing fingers on getting it done!

    How fun. I would love to be looking in the sky this weekend. We had a steadily simple weekend. Nice, but not overs. :)

    Wow! Cool pictures! Monterey had an air show a few weeks ago and we had some stunt plane above our house, scaring us to death, practicing. Stalling his planes engine and diving, yikes! I'm too scared.
    We had a great weekend too! YAY!

    Great photos! I have never been to an air show... would love to go!
    Those high speed photos are so interesting!

    We almost went to that! I thought it might be too loud for my littlest guys ears. Great air show pictures, thanks for posting them.

    Great pictures. I really like the way the hot air balloon is framed. Very nice!

    Two words for my weekend: Soapbox. Derby. (OK...I'll add a couple of more: Torrential Hurricane Hanna-induced downpours and I was working at the race, so was drennnccchhhed. Good times, though...not a bad PR gig to land!)
