Normally I'm not the hat wearing type, but I can't resist the beauty of these minimalistic and sculptural hats by Rike Feurstein Berlin. Her unique look references classic shapes from the 40s and 60s, which adds a new twist to elegant class and retro appeal. The new summer collection is also worth checking out. Hmm...maybe I could become a hat person? Yet, these are so pretty I might be tempted to keep them safely displayed on a dresser! Are you a hat wearer? Got a favorite style?
i don't wear hats but that's not because i don't love them, i do i do! It's just that i never seem to have time to wear one for long enough...if this makes sense...
ReplyDeleteI wish, I wish I looked relatively decent in hats. I think it's the shape of my head or something... but I always look dumb. I mean, that's really it, I look ridiculous in hats. BUT, if I could these fabulous hats would be the bomb! I love the smooth lines and bright colors!
ReplyDeleteThat top hat is really pretty. I mean, the hat up at top, not a "top hat". Oh boy. I wear baseball hats when my hair's not looking cute. And I wear hats in the winter. I also have a beret I wear on occasion.
ReplyDeleteI don't wear hats - my head's too big and I'm tall and stick thin, I'd look ridiculous!
ReplyDeleteI do love hats though and these are stunning..:)
I can't wear hats because I have an abnormally large head. If you do not have an abnormally large head, I think you should become a hat person!
ReplyDeleteI love the firs tone.
i am not usually a hat wearer, but I found a cute one for $4 on black friday and actually bought it, so maybe i will become one
ReplyDeletei tagged you- see my blog for details!
i'm a hat girl! and i love that top one :)
ReplyDeleteNot a hat wearer. But sometimes, I just have to cut lose and do it. My hubby loves me in hats. I guess I should do it more.
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute and fun.
Wow, those really are beautiful! I'm not a hat person either!
ReplyDeletei love the hats and the strong colors. i'm burnt out from wearing hats non-stop as a kid. i'm hat hair averse, now ;).
ReplyDeleteLOVE these!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love hats! That top black one is absolutely gorgeous! I want I want!
ReplyDeleteBeautious!! I bought a peach of a hat the other week and it has yet to make its debut on my head (I couldn't resist it)...I love hats, but on everyone else but me!
ReplyDeletei don't wear hats normally but i will totally wear the raspberry one you pick...
ReplyDeletegosh, those are gorgeous! i would definitely wear those :)
ReplyDeletei've never been a hat person but i'd re-consider after viewing these lovelies!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE hats, but 90% of them look totally dorky on me. The ones I can wear, I really cherish. And I admire those who can wear whatever hat they want and look wonderful. I really like these though, especially that black one.
ReplyDeletelovely...function + fashion = Fabulous!
ReplyDelete~Great December month for you dear...
Wow, these are gorgeous. That black one brings a tear to my eye. I guess I don't wear hats either...but maybe 2009 will be the Year of the Hats for me!
ReplyDeleteI too share a like of hats.
ReplyDeletefedora's are my fav.
Those hats are little pieces of art....so minimal. I am not a hat wearer...I do wear a lot of toques.
ReplyDeletesigh. these all look so classy and elegant and lovely. and yet i just don't think i have the guts to pull them off! love them though :)
ReplyDeletethe first and second hats are freakin' awesome! i'm a hat wearer, but being a guy, unfortunately, my hat style choices are limited. same with shoes and coats!

I'm not a hat wearer but I sure do admire them on other people! Lol. I love that first one the best.
ReplyDeletei love hats. i'm not too fond of having flat hair when i take it off though.
ReplyDeletei do love those felt hats too :)
Cute hats! I wish I could pull these off. They're so classy!
ReplyDeleteLOVE!LOVE!LOVE!
ReplyDeleteI love hats, and go through phases where i wear them all the time and then again not so often. Must have inherited it from my grandmother, she was a hatdesigner.
Nr3 is my fave in your collection, am looking for a summer trilby around here at the moment... off to look at the new summer collection now for inspiration :)
That top one is fantastic! And it looks like it might even be big enough to fit my giant dinosaur-esqe head!
ReplyDeletetre chic!
ReplyDeleteThese are great. I am an occasional hat person, especially for weddings. My husband has become one and i love it.
ReplyDeleteOhhhh!!! I just adore all hats. These are some great ones!

Now that first hat is super cool..I wonder why people dont wear hats here...its super duper hot!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a hat wearer, but I'd like to be. Houston, Texas doesn't afford much weather to don hats. The ones you posted are sexy!
ReplyDeleteI love hats, (too bad I look so horrible in them!) These are true beauties!
ReplyDeleteI love hats. I collect vintage hats. I love wearing enormous black hats (think Audry Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffanys), I'll wear a cloche on bad-hair days, and my very favorite is my leopard-skin pillbox hat ( that's a Bob Dylan song title, and I make new friends all the time when they recognize the joke).
ReplyDeleteNeedless to say, my boys are often embarassed to be seen with me in public.
I love hats, too! The colors and shapes are so cool. And they may even keep one warm. Thanks!
ReplyDeletemay i please have the black, blue and gold?? it is stunning.
ReplyDeletei can't pick a favorite hat style, for i adore them all!
Cloche hats are pretty universally flattering. They even look good on my big ol' head.
ReplyDeleteYou should check out http://www.pinkhammillinery.com/. Absolutely gorgeous hats.
I love hats and I don't wear them. I might wear these though!
ReplyDeleteHow delicious are these!? I really like the first one.
ReplyDeleteThat top hat is fabulous! I love hats, but I only actually wear them sometimes.
ReplyDeletegosh, those are great hats. Why don't I look that cool in hats?
