In the Open

Silos and water tanks are common sites around North Carolina, yet they make quite a statement in the works by Rebecca Rothfus. I love the contrast of detailed drawings against simple, organic shapes, and the mix of neutral and bright colors. These drawings make me feel like I'm standing near a farm or grass clearing and having a quiet spot to exhale. Ahh...
