Ever get a creative high feeling? Like when you are around inspiring designers or read about talented artists making crazy art...you sort of get a creative burst of energy. I had a similar feeling while reading this month's ReadyMade magazine with newly appointed Editor-in-Chief Andrew Wagner. I was excited and inspired by all the vintage, fashion and interior goodness. An article that stood out to me was about Nightwood, a home décor business specializing in reconstructed furniture and hand-stitched textiles. The prism pillow is my favorite...the simple shapes and colors are perfect.
Besides having giddy thoughts with each flip page of Readymade I also realized it was Friday. Doesn't it feel good? I hope you have a wonderful weekend full of creative bursts and finds!

Have a nice weekend!
Love the wee arrows on the bedding! Happy Friday :)
oooh - every thing looks so cozy! I need to confront my mailman - he is neglecting to deliver my magazines...grrr
Incredibly beautiful work. Very warm, and I love the recycled/vintage aspect to it.

I was literally just getting into it two nights ago, and I had the same exact feeling about ReadyMade!! I signed up for a subscription online, never having read it. Man am I excited about that impulse buy. Pleased to agree with you(as if I don't every day). Awesome & Thanks!
i adore the chair in the first picture!
lovely. i adore the arrows!
Love the chair!! So organic. xx
I love them! especially the peacock feathers
absolutely love the arrow pillows and bedding!
How deliciously inspiring.
This is beautiful! I wonder if Wagner is still the man behind American Craft? I would think two magazines would be too much... I really liked the look he brought to Craft, so I definitely have to check out ReadyMade!
love that chair!
Gorgeous! Love the rough hewn, home grown look of the fabrications. This kind of detail feels fresh and clean - not fussy and overdone - and makes me want to relax. Also love the natural wood walls and sideboard. The overall look is modern and unfussy yet rustic.
