Thomasville Furniture will introduce a Darryl Carter collection featuring the interior designer's "new traditional" aesthetic at next month's High Point Market. Carter is a self taught design guru featured on HGTV and in magazines like Metropolitan Home and Elle Decor (via FurnitureToday). His website has amazing interior photographs illustrating a strong mix of modern and antique creations.
The photographs give an interesting perspective by only showing details and parts of a room versus an overall view. As I was scrolling through Darryl Carter's website I wanted more...I was eager for the next photo to see other angles of the room. This is a great technique for drumming up anticipation and highlighting the important elements and details in a room. Try this for your online store or the next time you photograph an interior space.
