Children's books are an amazing source of inspiration, especially ones with illustrations by Ross MacDonald. MacDonald's illustrations have appeared in The New Yorker, Newsweek, Time, Rolling Stone, and many other major publications. He has also supplied illustrations and props on movies like The Legend of Zorro, Infamous, and National Treasure 2.
MacDonald soon discovered the world of children's picture books, and created "Another Perfect Day" and "The Noisy Alphabet." Both books have received raved reviews and awards. Pictured above are beautiful illustrations within these two books. The drawing style, font, and colors are truly inspiring. What a neat job?!
