Firefly Light

I love this simple, easy light solution. Reminds me of childhood days of catching fireflies in a jar. Oh, and guess what? It's Friday! I took the day off and have friends visiting - can't wait! I'm frantically cleaning and then will be busy throughout the day. I'll be sure to catch up with you guys this weekend!

Great lighting fixtures, and yes it does remind me of childhood days catching fireflies in a jar, and also of my Aunt Hatties country home by the Chesapeake bay.

Have a great time relaxing and visiting with your friends!

The lightings cute! Simle and classy too. We have fireflies here ..the real ones, though I have not seen them yet.
Woo..cleaning, when you come over, make sure you give me 1 week advance notice for the cleaning and scrubbing hahaha..have a great weekend :D

I love, love these! Whenever I see them I always envision them hanging from my patio umbrella...but I'm never sure where else I could rig them up in my house.

Have fun with your friends!

Inventive, eclectic, practical. I love this! It would be great to see a larger grouping more like a chandelier.

Enjoy your day off! The mason jars are fantastic...thinking of where to do this in my house. I loved catching fireflys as a child.

That's a favorite childhood memory, fireflies! What a sweet idea this is, you come up with some very creative finds. A very wise daughter said to me one time, "Mom why do we clean before company comes.. when we really need to after they leave!" :D

Great use of jars one might normally throw away. We really have to reuse our disgarded items.
