As the days get busier and busier I yearn more for the weekends. Today I keep repeating "one more day, one more day" hoping it will make the time go by faster. At some point I stop myself and think, "I need to live in this moment, not tomorrow's moment." I have a tendency to think ahead of myself.
As I come up for air and slow down I take a peek inside the photos by Yudi Echevarria. Each photo is like a little snippet into a joyful, simple life. Don't you love her hair? Yeah, me too.

OK, the woman in the first photo is just too beautiful for her own good! Love the lamp too. And, good for you living in the moment. Sometimes it is hard to do, but oh so rewarding when we do.
That wall color! I may be dias because I've just painted that color on my walls. I love it!
So happy to hear you are living in the moment but thinking ahead is such a good thing too.
These photos are beautiful, thank you for sharing Yudi's work.
And those purple jeans! fantastic!
: )
these are super-fantastic. and isn't it funny how the work week jumps into overdrive the minute fall arrives? i'm so with you on the thinking ahead of yourself thing.
I can relate - sometimes I need to remind myself not to wish life away by living for the weekends... Gorgeous pics.
Beautiful, meditative images. I want the hair.
Adore these!! Really dreamy!
yeah, i've found the for me personally, living in the present moment is the key to sanity and happiness. but i'm not sure why it seems so *difficult* sometimes! but when i'm able to do it, things go so much more smoothly.
i like the hair in the photo as well. the purple jeans against that wall looks good, too.
I agree with everything you just said. One more day, one more day.
Beautiful photo's.
What lovely images for an anxious Thursday afternoon! I know the feeling, I live for the weekends too.
And the lashes...wowza! Oh and the color of the lamp is so dreamy.
yes, and those eyelashes. sorry to copy suzanne ;).
I agree with your sentiments...I often am consumed with the future and need to just worry about (and enjoy!) there here & now.
LOVE the hair, LOVEEEE the lamp!!
Why is that I can't seem to feel appreciative of the "moments" at work? I wish I could. I wish time moved faster. Especially on Thursdays, I think :)
These are Fabulous images!
Agreed!! Her hair is so great and I'm digging the purple skinny jeans! I think I might need a pair!
those pants!
i'm always thinking ahead of myself! great reminder to just slow down and take it all in once in a while :)
The lamp is perfect!!
that wall color! each of those photos is perfection.
I wholeheartedly agree that it is often so easy to end up living always looking forward, instead of enjoying the here and now. I think I am completely guilty of that at the moment.
Love the hair, the colors, the chandelier!, the light, everything.
I find myself feeling the same way, wanting to get out of work, which is draaaaggggging by these days. But I keep reminding myself that life is precious and to be appreciated and savored as a thing of beauty. So many good things happen that I shouldn't dwell on minor moments of boredom or anger or sadness.
Thanks for reminding me of that! :)
faux eyelashes and capiz shells.
get me every damn time.
gorgeous... it's as though I can feel the sun light and smell her perfume from here.
I hear ya on "living in the moment"...I'm always thinking of what's going on next or down the road or next week...
Love those pics...if only I could have hair like that!
That Berbarella hair is so perfect - makes me want to grow mine ...
Thank you for reminding me that what I really need today is really over the top fake eyelashes!
I so wish I could rock that hair-do.
