Natural Interior

Roger Davies photographs another inspiring interior filled with natural elements against a neutral palate. These interiors are among my favorites, especially the dining area. The chandelier almost looks like test tubes, which I think looks amazing with the encased specimens. There I go again...loving that mix of science in design!

It all looks beautiful to me, but is that a monkey on the coffee table????

If you knew how much I loved these pics from both posts, I would sound a little like a monkey. So I won't go there. :) Great.

I crave white! Every single day.

I agree, I like the blend of science in design as well. I am often drawn to *white* in magazines but I just can't always picture it in my own apartment. But I really like the neutral palates in these interiors. Hmmm. That bedroom space is lovely.

just beautiful!! And are those Hans Wegner chairs I see?..... prrr!! :)

Yes I was a bit worried about the stuffed animal (monkey whatever it is) too. But, if you look at the other images with natural elements like the specimens...then it makes more sense. Probably not something I would have though.

I must say, I love white on white. I'm a huge color freak, and with two dogs and two cats, I don't think we'd last too long in a house like this (or should I say the HOUSE wouldn't last too long). But I really love the look. It's very serene, clean, peaceful, and simple. I love it, but I must admire from afar :)

I love to live this beautifully simple :) But where would all my nicknacks go???

i LOVE white. and i love brown, especially brown leather or wood. there's something so rustic and fresh about it.

the chandelier is such an eye-catching piece as well - to be honest, i didn't even notice it until you'd made mention of it and i went back to have a look. my current 'it' thing is dark wooden full-length mirrors, so i LOVE the mirror in the bedroom photo.

thanks for sharing!
