Throw a Party

I fell in love with a rose shaped candle holder posted by Bliss. I followed the link and found Cox & Cox. How did I not know about them before? Unfortunately I can't purchase anything because they are located in England and I don't think they ship internationally - anyone know? But, one can dream right? Seeing their amazing party items makes me really want to throw a party now...lots of festivities, fancy drinks, and those crazy masks!

Didn't Audrey Hepburn put on a crazy mask in Breakfast at Tiffany's? So much fun :)

There is nothing like a table set with place card holders containing fresh flowers. What great stuff they have!

I want to have a party where people named "Esme" and "Rupert" come. That would be kind of great.

Me too! I love the cookie cutters. You can get really creative on what sort of puzzles you can make out of those. The baked cookies can be decorated and assembled to make a picture, then served as one big puzzle that people can take pieces from :)

Oh, that puzzle cookie cutter is awesome! How would you decorate sugar cookies I wonder? I think the puzzle can stand alone as a great cookie platter dessert. Perhaps they would just as well with snickerdoodle cookies {my favorite}.

Yes, the jigsaw cookies are absolutely wonderful. I would paint a cheesy looking (cheesy as in tacky, not as in dairy product) landscape on there, and let guests devour it bit by bit.

Love your blog!
