Wholesome Vintage

I know I've been slack on vintage finds, but don't worry...there will be lots of vintage goodies this month. With the Liberty Antique Show around the corner and the massive cleaning of my family's storage unit...oh yes, there should be tons!

For now, let's dive into these finds from Radar Vintage Collectibles. French string, English fishing books, French music books, wrapped papier, wooden spools, and a glass wasp catcher - what's not to love? You may think I'm crazy, but the life size goat from Amsterdam is so neat! In the backyard of future awesome house I want a goat...it could trim grass, make milk, and be cute. I'm sure there is much more involved, so for now I'll settle for a fake one!

Oh, this all looks so wonderful. It's great when a vintage seller can present their things in such a way that you really can see how it might look in your home--or how to work it in amongst your existing things.

I've linked you--adore your blog!

i'd always rather have vintage than new. as far as the goat goes, i'd name him, probably buy little goat coats for him and tell him he was cute too!

OMG! So funny - I have wanted a goat since I was a little girl. I even used to draw portraits. One day - We'll have one...I even have the name picked out. Either way, I don't think you're crazy. :) Lovely post of finds. The pictures even look a bit vintage.

Lovely little treasures! Oh give me a storage shed to clear out any day. I LOVE finding stuff, little treasures you'd forgotten you had. I have 2 garages full of boxes, waiting for a house to put them in. I can't wait to rediscover all my precious things in a fresh new environment, in 8 months time! A-M xx

Goat on a boat makes me think Dr. Seuss! I love the glass wasp catcher. The spools make me think of the factories I would go to with my dad.
