Could You Pull it Off?

I'm diggin' these organic neckpieces by KA/POW/WOW. Each neckpieces is inspired by jacobian ruffs and meticulously hand crafted from reclaimed textiles. I have a thing about too much stuff around my neck...although I would love to try one on or have a super cool friend wear them. I still think it's a fun idea, especially to add a little glam to your fall wardrobe.

Here's to a weekend of cleaning and organizing...ok, and relaxing too. Please tell me your great weekend plans so I can think of them while inside a storage unit unearthing who knows what. Part dread...part excitement...probably more dread. To a productive weekend...did I just use productive and weekend in the same sentence?!

I have a thing about not having *enough* stuff around my neck... I could definitely wear these!

I'll wear one if you wear one... we could wear them together out on the town.
I think these are super cool.

The hair & that dress really fits to my daughter. And she love this too.

Well, nothing much to do tomorrow or the w/end. Guess, power walk in the morning and lunch in town w/ my cousins & well see what or where we will be ended. I need a massage so, hopefully I get a time.

ENjoy though your bz on your organizing. Sometimes, we need it.

Hugs from chilly & rainy Stockholm

I had to do the storage thing a few months ago--not fun, but it feels soooooo good when it's all done.

Best of luck...have a wonderful weekend.

COULD i PULL IT OFF?
perhaps if I wear a whig, fake breasts (I said breasts cuz I did'nt want to say boobs, some girls take the word offensive)and what else? of yeah if I get sex change, then I Might be able to pull it off.

They are lovely, but I do see a question mark when I wonder if I could wear one and do it justice!

Productive weekends can be a good thing, and I hope yours is no exception. Hope you have some fun along the way.

Uh, no...they are extremely cool but I'm like you, too much around the next bothers me. Plus I look like a dork in stuff like this, but other people can rock them just fine.

I wish I was having a productive weekend. I'm being forced to do a whole day of OT tomorrow, which was ordered at the last minute, plus I have a family function on Sunday. I was going to go shopping and clean my house, but oh well.

Who knows, you might find some good stuff in that storage unit! :)

omg...I've been working on neckpieces similar...but not the same and have just been too lazy to list them....I better do it before it looks like I'm stealing!!!!

...i love them :)

My daughter definitely could! Me, not so much. :)

My weekend consists of "catching up" on everything. It's funny, when you're gone from the house for any length of time you'd think there wouldn't be that much to do when you get back...

While I am not sure if I could pull it off, I love the top grey neckpiece! Such beautiful details!

I am always cold so starting about now I almost always have something around my neck. These are beautiful. (Maybe not the gold lame so much for me...maybe 15 years ago.)

Now, the thing on her head? No. I could absolutely not pull that off. But kudos to those who can.

I would love to lounge around this weekend... but I'm afraid that will not happen... first my son is sick again ugh... and second I'm having parents and kids from my son's football team over for the team pizza party on Wednesday... soooo... you will not be alone... I will be organizing and cleaning... ugh!
ENJOY any FUN moment you find!

Love the last one!

Good for you for planning a productive weekend...how's it going?

We have a ridiculously busy weekend ahead - hockey, soccer, a dance performance, etc etc.

They're great. I don't usually like scaves because I just don't know what to do with the ends but last year I made one that just goes around, like these, no ends to deal with and I LOVE it. These are fun and beautiful too.

Can "productive" and "weekend" work together? ;-)

And...I love these but can't pull it off. Not cool enough anymore. Not sure I ever was, lol!

Susie Bubble could pull that off nicely I'd say. :)

I would sure try :) I too am trying to have a productive weekend: reupholster a stool, put together my new ikea couch, and reorganize my life! Geez, that sounded crazy! We'll see if it all happens...

i would wear those neckpieces!

They would be super fun to sport, but I think I'd be pulling at them all the time...like the girl in the last photo! ha!

I can wear pieces like that, but can't wear simple strand necklaces. All my best pieces, so I think, are big chunky numbers and I so reckon I look better in swathes of wrap. My favourite is a scarf that's almost as long as I am tall.

WOW! Stop this, you're making me seriously want these! That top scarf...I could pull it off for sure!!!

oh my goodness, i LOVE that headpiece in the bottom photo! and her lipstick color, too! i wish i were her. :)

i'm a fan of stuff around my neck..scarves, random pieces of fabric, etc. but this might be a bit much for me. although i like how it looks on the model.
