That's great. I have a couple of very large pieces of driftwood I have carried off the beach. Unfortunately, I have also had to leave some amazing ones behind since they were just too big to carry. Anyway, I was playing with one of them yesterday trying to decide if I could put it down the center of my Thanksgiving table.
That's such a beautiful way to display those pieces. I am always torn about taking the wood from its natural environment though. Eeek. Driftwood is soooo beautiful.
Ohhhh....now I'll be combing the beach for driftwood (except I'm at the Jersey Shore...I amy only find cardboard :-( I would LOVE to do this on my (very similar looking) BR dresser.
Thank you for taking the time to comment. Even if I don't get a chance to respond please know that I read and appreciate your thoughts. Every comment counts!

LOVE this idea. Very clever and pretty.
I LOVE IT! i may even need it.
it would make my turquoise look so...rustic chic!
Gorgeous! My jewelery would look like a mad plague on a piece of driftwood, but I love the idea for less ... gigantic collections.
Oh, I love it! I am not sure I would want to take the jewelry off to wear any of it it looks so pretty!
oh this is a great idea, diana!

it's nice idea, but then where would put all the stuff that you usually put on your dresser?

i've also seen some upright smaller branches with earrings and such hung on them.
off to the woods to look for some great branches.

I've seen that at stores.. but it never occurred to me to do it in my home. good thing there's still hurricane Ike branches all over Houston!
next time I make it to my beloved beach, I am going to grab a piece of driftwood for this very reason...thank you. xo

love it....i'm a huge fan of jewelry being on display and this is perfect!
So unique! Makes me think of all the other ways jewelry could be creatively displayed other than keeping it in its usual hiding places.
What a great idea! I'm always looking for clever ways to display jewelry. :)
I dont know if I would keep my jewelry out, but that dresser is divine!
Very neat indeed :D

I'm not so keen on the driftwood. I see a weapon (for my 5 year old to brandish on the 2 year old). The dressing table, however, I am drooling over.
