Natural Inspiration

A morning walk on the beach and a beautiful sunrise to get your day started. During my Thanksgiving trip to Daytona Beach, Florida I managed to escape the cold and watch sea bubbles appear and disappear, the waves ripple, and an amazing sunrise. The details along the beach always fascinate and inspire me. My mind drifts and imagines those textures in new forms. Could they become a pattern on a dress? Could I design something that mimics their feeling? There are so many ways to be inspired by natural elements.

I miss you beach...

That was so sweet. I love that you had that chance. My husband and son went there a couple of years ago. They loved it as well.

Is mother nature not the beat designer of patterns? I'm never bored watching the clear pure water come meet my feet and retreat back in to the mass. Lovely sunset photo!

Gorgeous. Those sand shots are amazing (isn't it crazy what you see when you REALLY look at something?) and that sunrise...wow.

Stunning sunrise pic.

I love the seaside. I wonder, if I could experience it everyday, would the charm wear off?
