I am delighted to see fabric used in a whole new way with these objects by
Neta Amir. Although not particularly functional, they do make lovely, tactile and delicate art pieces. If I saw these in person I would want to touch and play with them. I could imagine a whole stack of these fabric plates and cups in a store display or photo shoot. What can I say...fabric makes me excited!

ReplyDeleteVery cool. I love it when artists use unexpected mediums.
ReplyDeleteNever mind useful, they're too cool! On the other hand: they actually could be useful for all the tiny and ugly stuff that seems to be breeding in one's apartment. I would love to put my cell phone charger in one of these cups! And bf's in another... and our iPods in the two next...
ReplyDeleteoh, I definitley want to play with them too!
