You've learned the history and have seen the goodies at The Candy Factory, now it's time to get to the vintage finds. The store itself is a find with old hardwood floors, aged wooden shelving, and antique jars filled with candy delights. Great items are found throughout the store like vintage thermos, retro game boards, tin globes, carnival style game wheel, colorful pennants, and my favorite - a blue vintage scale (priced at $400 bucks).
The variety of antiques was impressive for a candy store, and may even give you ideas for your interior spaces. Think framed game boards in a kid's room, a collection of vintage thermos on a kitchen shelf, or a retro carnival inspired room...all done tastefully of course!

OMG I am drooling over your posts from this weekend! Isn't it awesome when "stuff" poses so perfectly for photos?! :-) I just found someone on Etsy who makes pillows out of vintage pennants...I love the look of old pennants and never know what to do with them so I'm pretty psyched to have found her.
Wish I would have given you some money to buy that one globe. I am still trying to find one.
Great finds. Love it.
Looks like you had a successful expedition this weekend! These are great.
Love the blue vintage scale, but yikes, at that price!
That blue scale is FABULOUS. Ahhhhh!!!
Oh I have a ragedy Anne doll just like that only it is giant. I love old things!!! What a fun post.
The red and black check thermos reminds me of the one my dad filled with hot cocoa when we went ice skating. Great memories. (sigh)
Sounds like a wonderful memory!
What a great place! I adore those vintage thermos'. I even recognize a few from when I was little.
(Actually, I think my mom still has that fab plaid one!)
Very interesting..as usual, vintage is not popular here unfortunately.
The thermos's look great all lined up and I love the color of that scale.
What sweet treaures! I want them all!
I wish I'd had my camera on me on Sunday. I thought about you and your great posts when I was at an antique/swap meet. They had the coolest stuff! Great finds as usual Diane!
Hi! I noticed your name on another blog and came over for a look -- this was wonderful! I guess I'm "vintage" because I rememebr a lot of this stufff from my lifetime ;-)
I'd love to visit this store just to stroll down memory lane.
This looks like my kind of store! I love the vintage pendants. My husband just pulled out his from when he was a kid and put them up in our sons room - it looks really cool.
