Nostalgic Imagery

The illustrations by Mark Allen Miller are nostalgic, bold and downright fun. The use of colors and patterns brings new life and meaning to everyday objects. I would love to see objects like these in person. Imagine a walk in the park...you look down...and there are plaid acorns on the sidewalk! Wouldn't that be an interesting walk?

The plaid pipe is very Sherlock Holmes meets Magritte. Awesome!

LOve colourful prints! At first I didn't realize those were acorns... I was thinking plaid mouse for computer... lol... but then it said nostalgic... hmmmm... can't be... thank goodness you said acorns... lol
Love your book binding post... I remind those classes in graphic design/packaging.
And the rolling book racks and tables... reminded me of the school cafeteria too!
