Are you ready for interior inspiration overload?! I've been delving into M. Design Interiors and I'm fascinated by their creative ideas and use of space. Since I like many of their interior concepts, the organizer in me divided them up into three trendy categories. First up, the Glamour Girl look complete with glossy surfaces, Lucite furniture and a perfect touch of pink.
If this look is too girly for you, then I suggest a dose of Modern Eclectic style full of bright pops of color, unexpected detail and artful furniture placement. I love the necklaces on the bathroom wall - wouldn't it make a crazy good wallpaper? Speaking of wallpaper, using it inside bookcases is still a trend I can't get enough of.
If you prefer a quiet and calm space then look into a New Natural approach with lofty textiles, neutral colors and a little rustic, world charm. Notice the small detail of pink on the cabinets? Genius way to add an interesting accent color without overwhelming the space.
Now that you had a moment to digest all these inspiring interiors...what do you think? Are you the glamorous type? Maybe a risk taker with color or like to keep it simple and natural? With so much inspiration out there I think I'm a little bit of all of the above!

I love the bathroom with the necklaces. I've always done something like that with mine, too. I recently repurposed old pictures that I was given from a yard sale where they never sold. I took out the prints (inexpensive hotel stuff and nothing I'd hang in my home) and the glass, kept the matting and mounted chip board behind it. Used simple, clear push-pins in a strategic arrangement and thats where I hang my necklaces and bracelets. I have two framed jewelry pieces in my bedroom and I get compliments on them from everyone who is given the house tour.
Also... LOVE that orange couch... I need it... and the bookshelves in the bedroom. I need those, too. : )
Erin - I love your display idea - thanks!
Not totally typical. A little offbeat. I like it. My faves are the dining room with the giant pink painting(?)and ghost chairs. And the 70s-ish round sofa in front of a fireplace. And I never would think I'd like a round sofa.
I think I'm most like the modern eclectic, though all of the photos are lovely. I love the photo with the twin mirrors over the book cases. Thanks for the beautiful inspiration!
lovely! i'm thinking i need to invest in a giant plant for my room--love that pop of green
EEK! these are all so gorgeous. i like the glam look (i.e. that oval mirror up top), but would still swell over a natural more cozy look. my apt has sort of taken on all those qualities and looks fab...at least i like to think so! xo, val
I like to think that I'm right in between modern eclectic and new natural - what a lovely selection of interiors!*
I la la love your blog. So much fabulous eye candy. I can't look away. The bathroom with pretty bright flowered wallpaper just melts my heart.
beads + bathroom wall = fabulous!
Oh the bathroom beads--such a clever idea!
