This month I'm feeling inspired by French design. My inspiration started with my post on the French Alphabet Cards, and now I've been on the lookout for French style and design.
These french wall decals from Harmonie Intérieure are wonderful, especially since they look easy to put up and take down. They would be a great solution for apartments dwellers and kid rooms/baby nurseries. (via Oh Joy!)
Nothing transpires French design as much as the hand crafted furniture from French Heritage. You are bound to feel like you are in France sipping wine while overlooking a beautiful orchard with the Masion du Soleil and De Bournais collections. Isn't that turquoise dresser and pink side table amazing?!
WOW!! I was ecstatic to hear about this magazine and immediately wanted a subscription, unfortunately it is all in French, and I barely know three words in French. Yet, I am hopeful to see an English version soon. I'm excited for this publication because it doesn't categorize itself as a "fashion" or "interior design" magazine...it is an all-in-one lifestyle magazine for women. I felt a connection to Business Madame since this is the direction I see for Please Sir Blog. We may not have the fancy French name, but we want to bring you similar topics with interesting and useful information. I believe this is the focus many companies, magazines, and even blogs will be taking in the future. S'il vous plaît monsieur! (please sir in French?)
