Photographer Daniel Everett
I love images like the departure photograph series by Daniel Everett. I'm enamoured by the absence of people, gritty city, and silent loneliness expressed in these photographs. I seldom photograph portraits of people, so I'm refreshed by images about objects and the environment around us. In a way, they are almost boring, yet there is something so striking. I feel like the photos make you pause and reflect in an otherwise busy world.
